“Excellent stay in a great location! We were looking for a large property for a family celebration - we needed lots of bedrooms and had a spread of ages. With 8 adults and 7 kids between 9 years and 4 months old, Villa Joyeux and the host's welcome were just excellent. There’s enough space to spread out and enough outside space and toys to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed the location - most days we took a walk into the town or to the beach which are easy, and there’s plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and other shops to find everything you need. Restaurants nearby are excellent and plentiful. ”

“Fantastic stay at this Villa.. Exceptional hosts and the property equalled their service ... it is a perfect property for friends / family (16 in our case). The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage with air con in each room. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Fresh towels provided for bathrooms and for round the pool. Can’t fault it… Walking distance from just le Pins train station and several supermarkets. The beach and Antibes are really great. Pool / hot tub are great for cooling off or chilling out round the sun deck. Massive Thanks for hosting us - will be back !!!! 5star every day of the week 👍”

“A Nice place to stay in Antibes/Juan Les Pins Our big familiy with of 14 with adults, teenagers and children stayed in this villa in October. The location is ideal for short walks to both Anitbes centre and Juan Les Pins centre and was a perfect spot for us. We had cars and travelled in the Cote de Azure regions at day, and took the walks to the nearby centres for Restaurants in the evening. The area is calm and quiet and the house has a lot of space for a big family. The pool and outside area is very niceThe welcome and contact during the stay with the host was excellent.”

“Good days in Juan Les Pins The house is very nice, the pool was popular with the children. It takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the bakery and the supermarket. We also walked to the Picasso museum and that took 40 minutes with young children. We can recommend this house and the host was very helpful.”
